Dr. Ashton is certified in Webster Technique through the ICPA which is a technique specific to pregnant patients. This technique includes gentle analysis, adjustment, and soft tissue therapies to help balance the pelvis in order to create an optimal environment for the baby to grow and develop throughout pregnancy.
This technique reduces aches and pains mom is feeling due to the amazing changes her body goes through during pregnancy. Going through two pregnancies herself, Dr. Ashton understands what it feels like to go through the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy and postpartum.
She is passionate in helping women feel their best, strives to help make their pregnancy as comfortable as possible, and hopes to empower them as women during this very special time in their lives.
